Registered YASU members (patients/survivors and caregivers/co-survivors) can apply for complimentary integrative oncology services with third-party providers. Members can apply for one type of service at a time. A new application must be completed for each service the member applies for. Currently, there is no limit on the number of services received, whether of the same type or multiple types. This is subject to change based on YASU’s limited funding for this new program.

Members may apply in the member portal after logging in on our website.
Providers must complete a form before receiving referrals.
